What is Payment On Hold? What should I do if my payment is on hold?

It is a condition where payment is successful at customer's end however due to some security reasons, it is put on hold at our system for verification reasons.

For security purposes, we would need a scanned copy of any government issued ID to be sent to service@wadi.com for further processing of your payment or provide us with the Authorization code that consists of 6 digit you can easily get from your bank.

Or provide us with your UAE Emirates ID, Saudi National ID.
