How can I return an item?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Wadi, simply follow the steps below to return an item:
- Contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at our numbers at 9200 1 9234 (KSA) / 800449234 (UAE) / 9619200hiwadi (Kuwait & Bahrain) to initiate the process.
- We will log your return request and get your item picked up. We won’t keep you waiting!
- If your item is to be picked up by
- SMSA : We will send you the Airway Bill number within 48 hours by email and you have to print the AWB and paste it on your packaging. We request you to please re-pack the order and handover it to the nearest branch of SMSA in your area or contact the courier and request for pickup. If you faced any issue, please contact our customer service and we will be happy to help you in getting the shipment returned back to us.
- Aramex - We will send you the Airway Bill number within 48 hours by email and you have to print the AWB and paste it on your packaging. You might have the option to drop the item at their delivery center for a faster return or contact the courier company and request for pickup.
Note: For rights protection, it is imperative to get the AWB copy signed by courier as a proof of the handover process
- LastMile - You don’t have to worry about anything, just keep your package ready and wait for our courier partner’s call within 48 hours.
For Bahrain & Kuwait
If the item was shipped from UAE (SpeedEX - Fetchr)
If the item was shipped from KSA (Aramex - Fetchr)
We will keep you updated during this process through emails. Once the order is picked up we will refund your amount depending upon your payment method.
Note: If you prefer a replacement for your item, don't worry! you don't need to pay for extra COD or shipping fees (only valid if replacing with the same product).
