My item is within the Warranty Period. How can I get it fixed?

If for any reason your electronic device stops working, just simply follow the steps below:

  • Contact our customer service team at service@wadi.com or call us at 800 2 44 9234 (KSA) / 800 44 9234 (UAE),to initiate the process. Please make sure to retain the original packaging and labels as you will be asked for the serial number on the box.
  • We will log your service request and get your item picked up. We won’t keep you waiting!
  • Once we receive the items, we aim to inspect and service them within 14 working days. If for some reason there is a delay in servicing the item due to missing parts etc., we will communicate this information to you.
