I've been waiting longer than the delivery promise for my location, what should I do?

We usually commit to an expected delivery date at the time of order confirmation and this is mentioned in the order confirmation email sent to you.

If we are still within the promised date,

  • Visit our tracking page to check the status of your order, if you have your order number readily available.

Or,

  • Log in to my account
  • Go to Order History
  • Click on the View Full Details corresponding to the order you want to track
  • Click the Order Number to check your order status

However, if we have crossed the promised delivery date, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer service team, we will resolve the matter for you as soon as possible.
